This service is for you if you’ve just started your journey to plan your destination wedding and in need of a little assistance to kick start the planning. Utilising our knowledge of the local wedding market, we can offer couples who choose to get married in France, Corfu or Tokaj, a bespoke venue search service to help you find the perfect wedding venue.

• An hour long consultation to discuss your requirements for your dream wedding venue Bespoke search within our collection of recommended venues and beyond Recommendation of up to 5x suitable wedding venues that meet your needs

• Optional venue scouting trip at your selected location with Klara or one of our local planners

• Review your chosen wedding venue’s contract and advise

COST: From £420 (or €480); venue scouting trip charged at an additional £180/day + travel expenses charged at cost if the venue is further than 100 km (63 miles) radius of the base of our local planner.

For couples that enjoy planning their special day, but require some assistance with ad hoc aspects of their wedding, including in the running up to the wedding day to check if they have all their ducks in a row and on the day coordination. We offer consultation on an hourly basis to help you with as little or as much as you need, or individual services to free you from the more time consuming tasks.

Elopement is for those who are free from the conventional and want to express their love and say their vows to one another the most intimate way in beautiful surroundings.

Just like our weddings, our elopements will also be completely tailored to you because we pledge to tell your story.

We will start with a no-obligation consultation that will allow us to get to know you, your story and your hopes and dreams.

Our elopement services can apply for an intimate celebration just between the two of you or up to 6 people.

The service includes design concept and production, sourcing and liaising with the finest wedding professionals – photographer, celebrant & ceremony location, florist, hair and make up, accommodation, transfer, and any other supplier we might require to ensure your elopement is exactly what you are dreaming of.
 

COST: Bespoke elopement planning: starting from £1500 (or €1750) + travel expenses (if any). On top of our fee, we recommend a starting of budget £6000 (€6900).

To start planning we will start with a consultation.  The service includes design concept and production, sourcing and liaising with the finest wedding professionals – photographer, location, florist/decor, accommodation, transfer, and any other supplier we might require to ensure your elopement is exactly what you are dreaming of.
 

COST: Proposal planning: starting from £1500 (€1750) + travel expenses (if any).  On top of that we recommend to have a starting budget of  £3500 (€4000).*
